- • Embed onsite at customer locations across payors, providers, and digital health organizations to understand critical clinical and operational challenges.
- • Conduct deep engagements with customer analysts, clinical leaders, and operational teams to identify key problems, workflows, and data bottlenecks.
- • Own end-to-end deployment of AI solutions including workflow discovery, solution design, configuration, rollout, user adoption, and continuous optimization.
- • Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate customer data into stable, extensible data pipelines for reliable technical execution.
- • Design and implement customized workflows tailored to user groups including nursing staff, clinical operations, contact centers, and care coordination teams.
- • Lead training sessions to ensure product adoption and measurable impact on clinical operations and patient outcomes.
- • Analyze deployment performance using metrics and data to identify bottlenecks, measure outcomes, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- • Present deployment results, impact metrics, and future recommendations to audiences ranging from front-line staff to C-suite executives.
- • Act as a trusted advisor and execution partner by managing relationships with stakeholders across clinical, IT, and executive levels.
- • Work closely with internal Centers of Excellence (Clinical, EHR/Epic, Payer, Provider Operations) to apply domain expertise to customer deployments.
- • Scope and propose expansion opportunities within existing accounts and identify new use cases for AI deployment.
- • Build and deliver customized demos to new and existing customers to showcase product capabilities and value.
- • Report and configure technical specifications based on field insights and customer requirements.
- • Translate on-the-ground user feedback and operational insights into product improvements for Engineering and Product teams.
- • Travel 25–50% of the time, including overnight and out-of-state trips, to support client deployments and occasional strategic sessions at Hippocratic AI headquarters in Palo Alto, CA.
- • Satisfy client-specific credentialing requirements including drug screening and proof of required vaccinations or immunizations as mandated by healthcare facilities.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- • 2–5 years of experience in customer-facing deployment, implementation, professional services, consulting, solutions engineering, or technical program management
- • Demonstrated experience leading complex implementations or customer engagements in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with comfort using data, metrics, and analytics to drive decisions
- • Experience with programming, scripting, or analytical tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Excel)
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse audiences (clinical staff, IT, executives)
- • Ability to travel 25–50%, including overnight and out-of-state trips
- • Ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing requirements, including drug screening and proof of required vaccinations or immunizations
