📋 Description

• As a Forward Deployed Engineer Strategist at ElevenLabs, you will work at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success to deploy cutting-edge voice AI technology for strategic clients, solving complex real-world problems through tailored integrations and technical guidance.
• Day to day, you will engage with enterprise customers to understand their audio and voice AI needs, design bespoke solutions, collaborate with engineering teams to implement prototypes, guide clients on best practices, present findings to technical and executive audiences, and translate field insights into product improvements.
• ElevenLabs is a high-impact AI research and product company backed by top-tier investors, serving millions of users and global enterprises with innovative voice and audio AI platforms, operating with a remote-first, high-velocity culture focused on impact over titles.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in applied AI, gain end-to-end ownership of strategic customer projects, influence product direction through real-world feedback, and grow your technical and consulting skills in a fast-moving, innovative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity, including through student projects or side initiatives
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration for prototyping and demo development
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects and delivering results
• Adaptability to work across diverse customer environments and technical use cases
• Technical aptitude to quickly grasp ElevenLabs’ voice and audio AI models and their applications
