- • As a Deployment Strategist in Global Services at Chainalysis, you will serve as a core technical practitioner who owns the full lifecycle of customer value — from problem discovery and investigation through solution design, deployment, and customer enablement — making Chainalysis essential to how customers in law enforcement, national security, financial institutions, and the crypto ecosystem operate.
- • Day to day, you will conduct blockchain investigations using Chainalysis tools, design and build custom workflows and dashboards, deliver live training and technical briefings, enable customer teams to operate solutions independently, support pre-sales engagements, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Global Intel teams to influence roadmap based on field intelligence.
- • You will join Global Services, Chainalysis’ centre of expertise that translates platform data and investigative capabilities into real-world impact for customers across law enforcement, national security, financial institutions, and the broader crypto ecosystem, working in a mission-driven environment focused on blockchain intelligence and financial crime prevention.
- • In this role, you will develop deep domain expertise in blockchain investigations, build trusted customer relationships through technical credibility, influence product direction based on real-world use cases, and gain experience enabling organizations to operationalize blockchain analytics independently — positioning yourself as a trusted advisor at the intersection of technology, investigation, and customer partnership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Conducted or directly supported cryptocurrency investigations, blockchain intelligence work, or financial crime analysis in an operational environment
- • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, transformation, and solution development
- • Substantive knowledge of at least one domain: financial and cyber crime investigations, sanctions and compliance, fraud, national security, DeFi/protocol security, tax, or private sector risk
- • Proven ability to build trusted, long-term customer relationships through technical and domain credibility
- • Experience delivering customer-facing technical solutions — such as investigative outputs, data products, or analytical workflows — in complex, real-world environments
