- • As a Design Engineer at Rillet Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and interactive experience of an AI-native ERP platform that empowers accounting and finance teams to achieve zero-day close with speed, accuracy, and insight.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include driving the platform refresh across key user interfaces such as the launchpad, side navigation, login flow, tables, and workflows; translating rough ideas from Figma, customer feedback, or brand direction into polished, production-ready UI; building and evolving the design system with tokens, components, motion principles, and documentation; prototyping in code for complex interactions like AI workflows and financial surfaces; and collaborating closely with product designers, engineers, and founders to influence product decisions beyond implementation.

🎯 Requirements
- • Exceptional taste and attention to visual and interaction details
- • Deep curiosity about web design, interaction patterns, AI workflows, and emerging tools
- • Fluency in frontend development with React (preferred) or Svelte (bonus), able to write clean, performant production code
- • Ability to work from ambiguity, prototype quickly, gather feedback, and ship independently
- • Strong systems thinking: experience with design systems, reusable components, tokens, and scalable patterns
- • Portfolio demonstrating strong visual judgment, interaction sensibility, and end-to-end execution from concept to production
