The role bridges design and engineering to deliver intuitive, high-performance interfaces that empower over 87,000 real estate agents to grow their businesses.
- • Day to day, the Design Engineer will collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to implement pixel-perfect UI components using modern frontend technologies, optimize user interactions for speed and accessibility, contribute to design systems, and translate Figma designs into functional, responsive code while ensuring consistency across platforms.

- • In this role, the Design Engineer will deepen expertise in frontend architecture, UI performance optimization, and design-to-code workflows, while gaining exposure to AI-integrated product experiences and scaling a high-impact platform used by top-tier real estate professionals.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript with experience building responsive, accessible web interfaces
- • Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js
- • Demonstrated ability to translate Figma or similar design files into clean, maintainable code
- • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries (e.g., Storybook, Styled Components, Tailwind CSS)
- • Understanding of web performance optimization techniques and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- • Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, fast-paced startup environment
