- • GrowthX AI Inc. is seeking a Design Engineer to bridge design and development for Client Operations and Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives, playing a pivotal role in transforming marketing strategies into measurable growth through AI-powered workflows and expert collaboration. This role is central to delivering client-facing digital experiences that drive revenue, while also enabling internal innovation that may evolve into standalone products.
- • You will design and build responsive landing pages, templates, and UI components using modern front-end tools, ensuring pixel-perfect execution, performance optimization, and WCAG accessibility compliance across all deliverables.
- • You will lead design reviews with client stakeholders, translating feedback into rapid iterations and demonstrating live builds to align vision with execution, fostering trust and accelerating project timelines.
- • You will prototype new microsites, AI-assisted design workflows, and micro-products during internal R&D sprints, exploring opportunities that could spin into new business offerings or enhance existing GTM motion.
- • You will produce high-conversion visual assets including ads, motion snippets, and email layouts grounded in brand guidelines and performance data, directly supporting client acquisition and engagement goals.
- • You will collaborate with client design systems and contribute to the evolution of GrowthX’s own design system, promoting consistency, scalability, and brand integrity across touchpoints.
- • You will thrive in a fully remote, asynchronous-first culture with ~4 hours of overlap with U.S. Pacific Time, enabling deep focus work while maintaining strong collaboration through Loom, async docs, and live workshops.
- • You will join a high-impact, early-stage company that has scaled from concept to eight-figure ARR since 2024, backed by a $12M Series A from Madrona Venture Group, and trusted by industry leaders like Webflow, Ramp, Superhuman, and Abnormal Security.
- • You will grow your expertise at the intersection of design, engineering, and growth strategy, gaining hands-on experience with AI-augmented workflows, client-facing product development, and the end-to-end lifecycle of digital experiences in a high-velocity startup environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience designing and building production-quality web or product experiences with a strong portfolio showcasing shipped code, aesthetic excellence, and interaction clarity.
- • Proficiency in Figma and at least one front-end stack (React, Next.js, Webflow, or similar), with the ability to move fluidly between design and implementation.
- • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clients and teammates through async communication, Loom videos, live workshops, and clear documentation.
