📋 Description

• As a Design Engineer at GrowthX AI Inc., you will play a pivotal role in bridging design and development to accelerate client outcomes and internal innovation, directly contributing to the company’s mission of building a modern growth engine for marketing teams by turning AI-powered workflows into measurable organic growth.
• You will operate at the intersection of client-facing delivery and internal R&D, ensuring that visual excellence, technical execution, and strategic growth are seamlessly integrated across landing pages, product UI, brand assets, and experimental prototypes that may evolve into standalone offerings.
• The Design & Client Operations & GTM team at GrowthX AI is a high-impact, cross-functional unit focused on delivering exceptional client experiences while pioneering new growth methodologies through AI-augmented design systems and rapid prototyping—operating with startup agility and a bias for action in a fully remote, EMEA-based environment.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in full-stack design engineering, gain hands-on experience with AI-integrated creative workflows, and have the opportunity to shape both client-facing products and internal innovation pipelines, positioning you at the forefront of the evolving intersection of design, technology, and go-to-market strategy.
• Design & Build – Craft and code responsive landing pages, templates, and UI components using modern front-end stacks, ensuring pixel-perfect execution, performance optimization, and WCAG accessibility compliance across all deliverables.
• Client Collaboration – Lead design reviews with client stakeholders, translate feedback into rapid iterations, and demo live builds in real time, serving as a trusted design-technical partner on revenue-critical projects for high-growth startups and industry leaders.
• Internal R&D & Growth – Prototype new microsites, AI-assisted design workflows, or micro-products that can evolve into standalone business offerings, leveraging ambiguity to create tangible value from early-stage concepts.
• Growth Design – Produce high-conversion visuals including ads, motion snippets, and email layouts grounded in brand guidelines and performance data, blending storytelling with conversion-focused design to support client acquisition and retention goals.
• System Design – Work directly with client design systems to ensure consistency and scalability, while contributing to the evolution of GrowthX’s own internal design system through component documentation, pattern libraries, and style guides.
• Quality & Accessibility – Own end-to-end quality of all shipped work, advocating for and implementing best practices in performance, accessibility (WCAG), cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design to ensure inclusive, high-fidelity user experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing and building production-quality web or product experiences with a strong portfolio demonstrating shipped code, world-class aesthetics, and clarity in interaction design.
• Fluency in Figma and at least one front-end stack such as React, Next.js, Webflow, or similar, with the ability to design and implement responsive, interactive interfaces from concept to deployment.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams through async communication, live workshops, Loom videos, and clear documentation, with strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience producing growth-focused visual assets (ads, email layouts, motion graphics) that balance brand storytelling with conversion optimization, grounded in performance data and brand guidelines.
• Familiarity with design systems—either working within client systems or contributing to the creation and maintenance of internal ones—including component libraries, tokens, and documentation.
• Bonus: Strong motion/3D skills (Lottie, Spline), experience with generative AI tooling for design, or prior ownership of a brand or design system from concept to scale.
