• • As a Design Lead - Innovation at NewEra Technologies Ltd., you will drive human-centered design innovation and rapid concept development within the Incubation Lab, shaping differentiated customer experiences that empower individuals to live their best lives.
• • Day to day, you will deliver excellence in design craft, define mood and visual language for future products, elevate design standards across consumer apps and patient-journey storytelling, provide thought leadership on emerging trends, communicate design rationale to stakeholders, craft usable interfaces across web, mobile, and kiosk platforms, develop visual identities from scratch, and connect teams to future possibilities through sketches and polished prototypes.
