📋 Description

• • As a Design Technologist at Deputy Systems Inc., you will help shape and build the company's design system with a strong emphasis on AI-native workflows, translating design into code while enabling AI to meaningfully participate in that process.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include defining how the design system is structured to power AI-driven design-to-code workflows, creating low-friction workflows, templates, and coaching to enable designers to rapidly prototype and become confident 'design-and-build' prototypers, and ensuring designs can be efficiently generated, validated, and maintained in code.

• • You will work within the design function to improve the world of work for frontline hourly workers, gaining expertise in AI-integrated design systems, design-to-code translation, and designer enablement while contributing to a platform that enhances business profitability, compliance, productivity, and worker engagement.
