📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end design and ongoing evolution of audiohook.com, including information architecture, visual design, copy collaboration, and conversion optimization
• Design landing pages, sales collateral, social graphics, event materials, and pitch decks to support marketing initiatives
• Improve homepage and key landing page conversion rates by a measurable amount within six months of hiring
• Lead UX design for the Audiohook product, translating complex advertising workflows into clear, intuitive interfaces
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design reviews to ground design decisions in real customer behavior
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to ship pixel-accurate designs and continuously raise the quality bar of the live product
• Build and maintain a scalable design system that unifies web, product, and marketing surfaces
• Steward and evolve Audiohook’s visual identity as the brand matures
• Present design work and rationale in product and leadership reviews with clarity and confidence
• Communicate proactively and effectively in a remote-first environment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align design outcomes with business goals
• Translate feedback from stakeholders and users into iterative design improvements
• Ensure all design outputs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across digital touchpoints
• Use AI tools to explore design directions, generate assets, and accelerate iteration cycles
• Ship simple front-end changes directly when applicable to reduce dependency and increase velocity
• Contribute to or build a design system from scratch to support scaling across multiple platforms
• Maintain a high-quality bar for all deliverables with exceptional attention to detail
• Participate in bi-annual corporate offsites to align with company culture and team cohesion
• Help shape and define the design function at a rapidly scaling tech company

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience spanning web, product/UX, and brand
• Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped website work and product UX, not just concept work
• Expert-level fluency in Figma; comfortable with prototyping tools and modern web design patterns
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and how design hands off to engineering
• Excellent attention to detail and a high quality bar
• Experience designing for B2B SaaS or adtech
