- • The Designer I is an entry-level role focused on building discipline fundamentals through hands-on Revit modeling, coordination, and documentation while learning TEECOM’s workflows, tools, and standards that support coordinated construction document delivery across TEECOM disciplines.
- • You’ll prepare Revit models, update drawings, assist with reports and calculations, take meeting notes, and support coordination activities that help keep projects aligned and moving forward.
- • You’ll be paired with an engineering mentor and contribute to project delivery while collaborating closely with production staff to strengthen discipline knowledge, coordination awareness, and delivery consistency.
- • You’ll participate in structured training journeys, shadow senior consultants, and gain hands-on exposure to Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, Wi-Fi, and other technology disciplines as applicable, as you build discipline knowledge.
- • This position reflects foundational technical development, a strong learning mindset, and disciplined production and documentation habits.
