📋 Description

• • The Designer I is an entry-level role focused on building discipline fundamentals through hands-on Revit modeling, coordination, and documentation while learning TEECOM’s workflows, tools, and standards that support coordinated construction document delivery across TEECOM disciplines.
• • Day to day, you’ll prepare Revit models, update drawings, assist with reports and calculations, take meeting notes, and support coordination activities that help keep projects aligned and moving forward.
• • You’ll be part of a collaborative team at Teecom Corporation, working closely with engineering mentors and production staff to strengthen discipline knowledge, coordination awareness, and delivery consistency in a remote-first environment across the United States.
• • Through structured training journeys, shadowing senior consultants, and hands-on exposure to Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, Wi-Fi, and other technology disciplines, you’ll gain foundational technical development and build disciplined production and documentation habits essential for long-term growth in design and engineering support roles.
