• • As a Senior UX Designer at GoTo, you will help shape exceptional experiences for millions of users worldwide by collaborating with engineering and product teams to bring bold ideas to life using cutting-edge technology and AI.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with engineering and product partners, creating low- and high-fidelity designs, journey maps, and service blueprints, owning customer outcomes, facilitating design reviews, leveraging user feedback and data, developing design concepts rooted in user needs and product vision, and experimenting with AI tools to innovate user-centered solutions.
• • You will join GoTo’s product design team, a collaborative and innovative group focused on redefining intuitive design and driving the future of AI-powered products, with a mission to deliver genuine, practical value through user-centered experiences.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-integrated UX design, lead end-to-end design processes, influence strategic product direction, and grow your impact by shaping experiences that are accessible, innovative, and truly centered on the user from log-on to log-off.
