• • As a Senior UX Designer at GoTo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional digital experiences for millions of users globally, contributing directly to the evolution of our product suite.
• • You will be an integral part of the product design team, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, including engineering and product management, to bring innovative ideas to fruition.
• • Your primary focus will be on leveraging cutting-edge technology, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to deliver tangible value and address significant challenges faced by our customers and internal teams.
• • This role champions the creation of intuitive, user-centered, and accessible experiences, from the initial user interaction to the final engagement, with a particular emphasis on AI-driven product enhancements.
• • You will be instrumental in redefining intuitive design principles and guiding the future direction of AI-powered products within GoTo's portfolio.
• • A key responsibility involves close collaboration with your "trio"—your engineering and product management counterparts—as well as engaging with key stakeholders across the entire product portfolio to ensure alignment and cohesive strategy.
• • You will drive the end-to-end design process, which includes the creation of low-fidelity wireframes to visualize core concepts, high-fidelity design assets for detailed user interfaces, comprehensive journey maps to understand user flows, and detailed service blueprints to map out the entire user experience.
• • You will be empowered to own customer outcomes, taking a leading role in developing and advocating for a holistic, integrated vision for the user experience across our products.
• • Facilitating design reviews, critiques, and collaborative workshops will be a regular part of your role, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and that design decisions are well-understood and supported.
• • A data-driven approach is essential; you will actively leverage user feedback and analytical data to inform and validate design decisions, working in tandem with product management to shape the strategic direction of our products.
