- • As a Temporary Developer I, you will be instrumental in translating complex medical and scientific concepts into visually compelling digital experiences, focusing on 2D and 3D model development.

- • You will be responsible for producing software that meets specified functional requirements by adhering to a unified software development process.

- • Conduct thorough software testing, identify and correct program errors, and optimize code through methods such as modifying program logic or altering the sequence of program steps.
- • Analyze, design, implement, and maintain moderately complex systems programming tasks, contributing to the overall technical infrastructure.
- • Actively participate in technical design discussions and code reviews with the broader team, fostering a collaborative and quality-driven development environment.
- • Contribute to the design, writing, and preparation of comprehensive user and technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy for all stakeholders.
- • Utilize the established development lifecycle process and associated documentation to successfully implement and support system solutions.
- • Prepare detailed use cases and activity diagrams to clearly illustrate and define customer needs and project requirements.
- • Engage directly with customers to gather and analyze project specifications, ensuring a deep understanding of their objectives and expectations.
- • Propose viable overall design approaches by meticulously analyzing potential courses of action and their associated impacts on the project and system.
- • Ensure outstanding end-user support is provided, maintaining a high level of service and satisfaction.
- • Actively monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for incident management, collaborating with other departments to ensure a customer-centered approach to issue resolution and support.
- • Develop and enhance your knowledge and professional skills through continuous learning, including cross-training opportunities, literature review, and attendance at department meetings and vendor education sessions.
- • Contribute to the development of training objectives and materials, supporting the growth and development of team members.
- • Prepare and deliver clear and concise oral and written presentations to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations.
- • Cultivate expertise in several of Cincinnati Children's core computer-based systems, becoming a valuable resource for technical knowledge and support.
- • This temporary, part-time position (0.75 FTE, 30 hours/week) is based remotely, offering flexibility while contributing to a world-class organization.
