� Description

• • Be the face of Token Metrics to the world’s most innovative builders. As our Developer Relations Engineer you will own the end-to-end experience of external developers—from the first “hello world” tutorial to launching production-grade AI agents on-chain.
• • Translate complex crypto-AI primitives into crystal-clear docs, SDKs, and sample repos that let any dev ship in hours, not weeks. You will write TypeScript/Python quick-starts, Solidity integration guides, and Rust performance recipes that are copied, starred, and forked across GitHub.
• • Host monthly live-coding streams, hackathon bootcamps, and Twitter Spaces that attract thousands of sign-ups and convert them into active test-net users. Your demos will showcase how Token Metrics’ data oracles, AI signals, and agent frameworks can slash time-to-market for DeFi protocols, NFT platforms, and on-chain games.
• • Act as the voice of the community inside the company. You will run structured feedback loops—GitHub issues, Discord threads, quarterly surveys—and distill insights into Jira tickets that shape roadmap priority, sprint goals, and even tokenomics upgrades.
• • Represent Token Metrics at global events—ETHDenver, Token2049, AI Conf, Solana Breakpoint—delivering keynotes, judging hackathons, and closing partnerships with university clubs, DAOs, and accelerator cohorts. Travel budget and creative freedom are yours.
• • Build reference dApps that become the gold standard for AI-crypto fusion: think self-rebalancing yield vaults guided by reinforcement-learning agents, or NFT marketplaces whose pricing curves are updated in real time by on-chain LLM inference. Your repos will be the portfolio pieces that 10x our inbound developer pipeline.
• • Own metrics: weekly active API keys, GitHub stars, tutorial completion rates, hackathon project submissions, and conversion to paid tier. You will iterate like a growth PM, A/B testing docs layouts, webinar times, and sample-code complexity to hit ambitious OKRs.
• • Collaborate tightly with product, engineering, and data-science squads in Medellín, Bangalore, and Lisbon. Daily stand-ups are async; decisions are documented on Notion; code reviews happen on GitHub. You will champion open-source culture and ensure every repo has a permissive license, contributor covenant, and bounty program.
• • Champion security and compliance. You will guide developers on best practices for private-key management, AI-model provenance, and GDPR-compliant data handling, positioning Token Metrics as the trusted infrastructure layer in a skeptical post-FTX world.
• • Mentor junior dev-advocates and interns. You will design an onboarding curriculum, run pair-programming sessions, and create a path for them to become repo maintainers and conference speakers—scaling your impact across continents and time-zones.
• • Stay ahead of the curve. You will experiment with emerging frameworks (ai16z, ElizaOS, ZK-ML libs), publish comparative blogs, and feed experimental findings back into R&D so that Token Metrics remains the first place devs look when crypto meets AI.

� Requirements

• • 3+ years in developer relations, solutions engineering, or open-source advocacy within blockchain, crypto, or AI ecosystems.
• • Production-level coding skills in TypeScript and Python; working proficiency in Solidity or Rust; ability to ship a full-stack dApp solo.
• • Demonstrated experience with the ai16z framework or equivalent AI-agent stacks (e.g., Eliza, CrewAI) and a portfolio repo that showcases on-chain agent behavior.
• • Exceptional technical storyteller: at least 5 public artifacts (blog posts, conference talks, YouTube videos, or GitHub repos) with measurable community traction >1k views/forks/stars.
• • Deep understanding of DeFi primitives (AMMs, lending, liquid staking), token economics, and on-chain data structures; can explain MEV or account abstraction to a junior dev in plain English.
