• • As the Developer Relations Lead at Flux Labs, Inc., you will own community, product education, and customer-driven technical storytelling to empower engineers to learn, trust, and succeed with Flux’s AI Hardware Engineer platform—revolutionizing how electronics are designed and built globally.
• • Day to day, you will set community norms, moderate discussions, drive engagement, and build relationships with power users and VIP customers; turn recurring questions into durable artifacts like docs improvements, tutorials, FAQs, and reference projects; own the product education roadmap across docs, walkthroughs, and example designs; lead a docs refresh using Mintlify and build sustainable systems to keep documentation accurate; create credible technical storytelling through case studies and customer workflows; build feedback loops from the community into Product and GTM teams; and guide hardware advocates and creators with clear briefs and quality standards.

You’ll report directly to the COO in a 0 to 1 role, shaping the foundation of Flux’s developer ecosystem in San Francisco.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in technical community building, product-led growth strategies for developer tools, and hardware ecosystem engagement—gaining impact by shaping how technical users adopt and advocate for Flux while building scalable systems for documentation, feedback, and education that directly influence product and go-to-market success.
