DevOps Engineer

📋 Description

• • DevOps Engineer at Sweed AB, a product-driven startup building an all-in-one cannabis retail platform, responsible for enhancing infrastructure, implementing automation, and optimizing development and deployment pipelines to support scalable, reliable software delivery.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with development and IT teams to design automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning, maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines, managing containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, troubleshooting system and application performance issues, optimizing cloud infrastructure on AWS, and enhancing monitoring and logging using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and ELK.
• • Sweed AB is a remote-first company with over 200 employees globally, organized into cross-functional product teams of 8–12 members, each led by a Team Lead and Product Owner, with leadership and customer-facing roles based in the USA to align product development with market needs.
