DevOps Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a DevOps Engineer at Neon One, you will be a core contributor to the Platform Engineering team, building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that powers the company’s SaaS platform for nonprofits, enabling them to operate more effectively and increase social impact.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing resilient cloud architectures using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, optimizing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, monitoring system health via CloudWatch and NewRelic, participating in on-call rotations for incident response, managing security and access controls (IAM, RBAC, VPN), supporting AI/ML workloads on AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), creating technical documentation, and collaborating with engineering, product, and security teams to enable faster, more reliable feature delivery.
