📋 Description

• • This DevOps Engineer role within NICE Ltd.'s Build and Deploy team is critical to enabling reliable and efficient software delivery through the design, development, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and automated infrastructure solutions. The role supports global engineering teams by ensuring seamless build, test, and release processes, directly impacting the company’s ability to deliver high-quality customer experience (CX) software at scale.
• • Day to day, the engineer will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms; build and support software-defined infrastructure via IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation; automate quality gates and release controls; manage build systems and source control platforms; collaborate with global engineering teams to improve code quality metrics; prototype new DevOps technologies; and provide occasional off-hours support for releases or incidents.
• • The team is part of NICE Ltd.’s growing Philippines-based engineering organization, collaborating with engineers across the US, India, UK, and Australia in a supportive, innovative environment focused on automation, reliability, and continuous improvement. The Build and Deploy team embodies an AI-enhanced DevOps mindset, actively seeking to eliminate manual toil and improve pipeline speed, security, and reliability.
• • In this role, the engineer will deepen expertise in modern DevOps practices, gain hands-on experience with automation, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code, and grow into a trusted partner for global engineering teams.
