DevOps Engineer, CX

📋 Description

• • As a DevOps Engineer in the CX Build and Deploy team at NICE Ltd., you will design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and build systems that enable engineering teams to deliver software reliably and efficiently, playing a critical role in accelerating software delivery across global teams.
• • Day to day, you will coordinate build and release activities, develop automated quality gates, manage DevOps toolchains (including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code), provide off-hours support for releases, and collaborate with engineers worldwide to improve code quality metrics and DevOps practices.
• • You will join NICE’s growing Philippines team within a supportive, collaborative environment, working alongside engineers in the US, India, UK, and Australia to support a market-leading software platform used by 25,000+ global businesses and 85 Fortune 100 companies.
