- • As a DevOps Engineer on the Energy Project, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of infrastructure supporting mission-critical energy systems, enabling seamless deployment and monitoring of applications that power essential utilities.
- • Day to day, you will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud and on-premise infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), monitor system performance and availability, troubleshoot deployment issues, and collaborate closely with development and operations teams to automate workflows and improve system resilience.
- • You will be part of Qualysoft’s international team of 500+ software engineers, working within a stable, innovation-driven organization with 25 years of experience in software engineering and a strong presence across Europe and beyond, delivering end-to-end IT consulting services to global clients in energy, utilities, and other regulated industries.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud platforms, automation tools, and enterprise-scale DevOps practices, gain exposure to complex energy sector projects, and grow as a trusted technical partner in a quality-first culture that values long-term impact and continuous learning.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role with strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
- • Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems, scripting (Bash, Python), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or equivalent)
- • Experience working in regulated industries such as energy, utilities, or finance is a plus
- • Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively in English within cross-functional teams
