- • As a DevOps Engineer at Deel, you will play a leading role in scaling the company’s global payroll and HR platform by managing and optimizing AWS-based production systems that support millions of workers across 150+ countries.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include working with AWS EKS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools to ensure the stability, availability, and reliability of Deel’s SaaS platform, while troubleshooting microservices and enhancing monitoring and observability.
- • You will join a fully distributed team of over 7,000 people across 100+ countries, contributing to a fast-growing SaaS company recognized as a CNBC Disruptor 50 and Forbes Cloud 100 leader, where innovation and global impact are central to the culture.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud-native technologies, automation, and production-scale systems, positioning yourself as a sought-after leader in DevOps while driving meaningful impact on the future of global work.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of relevant DevOps work experience in production environments
- • Strong working experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- • Experience with CI/CD tools (Drone, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar)
- • Deep understanding of AWS services including EKS, S3, Postgres, MongoDB, SES, SNS, SQS, and networking concepts like K8s ingress, services, and load balancers
- • Experience in automated deployment, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring/observability tools
