📋 Description

• • As a Site Reliability Engineer (DevOps Engineer SRE) at ShiftKey, you will ensure the stability, security, and high availability of the company’s healthcare marketplace platform, directly supporting its mission to alleviate healthcare staffing shortages by connecting facilities with licensed professionals.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include splitting time 50/50 between maintaining system reliability (reducing tech debt, improving deployments, strengthening observability) and developing automation and tooling to improve platform operability, including contributing to AWS region migration projects and participating in the weekly 'Sheriff' rotation for infrastructure support.
• • You will join a collaborative engineering team operating under a 'you build it, you run it' culture with a follow-the-sun model that eliminates scheduled on-call duties after 5:00 PM Warsaw time, supported by US-based counterparts to promote sustainable workloads.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in infrastructure-as-code, observability, and cloud-native troubleshooting while gaining hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted development tools and contributing to large-scale infrastructure migrations that impact platform cost, performance, and availability.
