- • As the DevOps Team Lead at DeleteMe, Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of a fast-growing SaaS platform that protects individuals and organizations from privacy threats by continuously monitoring and removing exposed personal data from the open web. Your leadership will directly impact the company’s ability to defend against social engineering, phishing, deepfakes, doxxing, and identity fraud—making this role critical to safeguarding the digital footprint of Fortune 100 companies, federal agencies, and major financial institutions.
- • You will lead a team of DevOps engineers in designing, implementing, and maintaining resilient infrastructure that supports both core platform operations and emerging AI experimentation initiatives, enabling cross-functional teams to innovate safely and at scale.
- • What the person will do day to day:
- • Own and evolve the CI/CD pipelines for DeleteMe’s SaaS platform, ensuring automated, secure, and repeatable deployments across staging and production environments using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- • Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS/ECS) with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation, prioritizing cost optimization, security hardening, and high availability.
- • Implement and maintain observability stacks including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Datadog to monitor system health, latency, error rates, and resource utilization, enabling proactive incident response and SLA adherence.
- • Lead incident management and post-mortem processes, establishing runbooks, escalation protocols, and blameless retrospectives to improve system resilience and team learning.
- • Collaborate with software engineering, data science, and security teams to provide self-service infrastructure and tooling that enables rapid AI/ML model prototyping, training, and deployment, including GPU-enabled environments and MLOps best practices.
- • Mentor and grow a high-performing DevOps team through regular 1:1s, technical guidance, career development planning, and fostering a culture of ownership, automation, and continuous improvement.

- • Gain deep expertise in scaling AI/ML workloads in production environments, including managing GPU clusters, model versioning, and serving infrastructure at the intersection of DevOps and MLOps.
- • Develop leadership skills in a high-impact, fast-paced SaaS environment by shaping the technical strategy and operational maturity of a critical infrastructure function that supports both core business and experimental AI initiatives across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or platform engineering roles, with proven experience leading or mentoring a team of engineers.
- • Expertise in AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS/ECS, IAM, VPC) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation) for provisioning and managing scalable, secure infrastructure.
- • Strong proficiency in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI, with experience automating testing, security scanning, and deployment workflows.
