- • As a DevSecOps Lead at ShareGate Inc., you will be an operational individual contributor responsible for embedding security directly into products, pipelines, and development workflows, with a focus on CI/CD, C#/.NET applications, Azure, and AI-driven software delivery. This role ensures security is a natural part of how the company builds and ships software, enabling secure-by-default product development at scale.
- • Day to day, you will write code for security tooling and CI/CD configurations, design and refine policy-based security checks, build guardrails for AI-assisted development, participate in architecture discussions, collaborate with Infrastructure SecOps, triage security alerts, and share knowledge through pairing and code reviews. You will also lead threat modeling, establish security guardrails in AI workflows, and improve detection and response capabilities through automation.
- • You will join the AI-SDLC team, which builds internal platforms and tooling that enable AI agents to operate across the development lifecycle. This team works closely with Infrastructure SecOps and multiple product teams in a highly collaborative environment focused on making secure development the default for everyone.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in securing AI-assisted development workflows, lead application security initiatives at scale, influence secure-by-default practices across engineering teams, and contribute to the evolution of security automation in modern SDLCs. You will gain hands-on experience shaping security in agentic AI systems and cloud-native environments while advancing your impact as a technical leader in application security.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in application security, DevSecOps, or security-focused software development
- • Strong software engineering background combined with deep security expertise
- • Hands-on experience performing secure code reviews in C#
- • Experience building and maintaining security automation in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred)
- • Solid understanding of Azure cloud services, infrastructure security, and deployment patterns
- • Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) for automation and tooling
