- • As a DevSecOps Lead at Workleap Inc., you will be an operational individual contributor responsible for embedding security directly into products, pipelines, and development workflows — with a focus on CI/CD, C#/.NET applications, Azure, and AI-driven software delivery. This role ensures security is a natural part of how software is built and shipped, directly supporting Workleap’s mission to make work simpler through secure, high-quality HR and IT products used by over 20,000 companies.
- • Day to day, you will write code for security tooling and CI/CD configurations, design policy-based security checks, build guardrails for AI-assisted development, participate in architecture discussions, collaborate with Infrastructure SecOps, triage security alerts, and share knowledge through pairing and code reviews. You will also lead threat modeling, develop automation for vulnerability management, and enhance bug bounty programs.
- • You will join the AI-SDLC team, which builds internal platforms enabling AI agents to operate across the development lifecycle. This team works closely with Infrastructure SecOps and multiple product teams in a highly collaborative environment focused on making secure development the default at scale.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in securing AI-assisted workflows, shape enterprise-scale DevSecOps practices, lead application security initiatives, and drive innovation in secure-by-default development — positioning yourself as a technical leader in the intersection of security, AI, and cloud-native engineering.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in application security, DevSecOps, or security-focused software development
- • Strong software engineering background combined with deep security expertise
- • Hands-on experience performing secure code reviews in C#
- • Experience building and maintaining security automation in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred)
- • Solid understanding of Azure cloud services, infrastructure security, and deployment patterns
- • Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) for automation and tooling
