- • As a Digital Campaign Strategist at Feathr Inc., you will serve as the primary marketing lead for nonprofit customers, ensuring the successful execution of their digital marketing campaigns while helping them unlock greater impact, time, and confidence through Feathr’s purpose-built platform trusted by over 1,300 nonprofits.
- • You will develop and present strategic marketing plans aligned with SLAs, lead customer calls to communicate performance and recommendations, oversee Campaign Managers for timely deliverables, analyze campaign data to extract insights, troubleshoot technical issues with support teams, and manage projects from inception to completion using Asana, GSuite, Front, and Salesforce—all while managing approximately $600k in annual service revenue and driving renewal goals tied to quarterly retention targets.
- • You will collaborate closely with Digital Campaign Managers, Designers, and Customer Success teams to deliver cohesive insights, test and evolve best practices across your customer portfolio, and develop Google Ad Grant strategies that comply with grant requirements and performance SLAs for nonprofit clients.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of experience in developing, managing, or planning marketing campaigns
- • 3+ years of experience in a full-time customer-facing role
- • 1+ years of experience in account management or project management
- • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and software
- • Exceptional communication, active listening, and relationship-building abilities
- • Strong critical/strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
- • Highly organized, self-starting, collaborative, and adaptable with a positive attitude
