This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the execution of impactful digital campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery and organization of creative assets across a multitude of platforms. You will be instrumental in driving business goals and brand objectives through meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing the digital content lifecycle.
  • As a Digital Content Planner, your primary responsibility will be the end-to-end execution of content across diverse digital channels. This includes managing and populating social media content calendars, processing website update requests with precision, maintaining accurate paid media traffic sheets, and expertly navigating various digital handoff processes. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all digital assets are prepared and delivered on time and to specification, directly impacting campaign success.
  • You will collaborate closely with Project Managers to meticulously track progress and guarantee that all project deadlines are met without compromise. This involves a deep understanding of project timelines and the ability to anticipate potential bottlenecks, ensuring a smooth workflow from initiation to launch.
  • A significant aspect of your role will involve overseeing the accuracy of content deliverables. From the initial project brief through to the final launch, you will be responsible for verifying that all specifications and requirements are met. This includes the critical task of providing final creative assets to external vendors and conducting thorough Quality Assurance (QA) reviews to guarantee the integrity and quality of all content.
  • You will serve as a key liaison between the internal creative team and external media agencies. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring that all digital creative assets are trafficked accurately and efficiently ahead of scheduled launches. This requires clear and consistent communication, providing timely updates to all clients, partners, and internal teams involved in the campaign.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with Digital Strategists and analytics counterparts. You will play a role in gathering and organizing data and insights related to owned digital properties, contributing to a data-informed approach to content strategy and optimization.
  • Provide essential support to Digital Strategists in the creation of campaign kickoff documents. This involves assisting in the preparation of materials that outline campaign objectives, strategies, and deliverables, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned from the outset.
  • Maintain exceptional agility and an unwavering attention to detail while navigating the complexities of working cross-functionally with creative and account teams. This role demands the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Your contributions will directly influence the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, ensuring that brand messaging is consistent, assets are optimized for each platform, and campaigns are executed flawlessly. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to make a tangible impact within a leading organization.
  • The position is initially for a 12-month term, with a strong expectation of extension, offering stability and the opportunity for long-term growth within a prestigious company. The work schedule is structured for optimal productivity and work-life balance, with Monday through Thursday onsite in St. Louis, MO, and the flexibility of working from home on Fridays. The standard working hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST, ensuring alignment with team and business needs.
