📋 Description

  • The Digital CX Designer/Consultant role at Capita Pensions Solutions focuses on creating high-quality digital experiences for members, employers, and clients by designing intuitive, accessible, and evidence-based digital journeys across web, mobile, voice, and portals.
  • Day to day, the role involves supporting the end-to-end CX design process, producing wireframes and prototypes in Figma, contributing to UX strategy through research and behavioural insights, maintaining journey maps, collaborating with UX researchers, BAs, product owners, and developers, and supporting usability testing and iteration cycles.
  • The role sits within the Digital team at Capita Pension Solutions, part of the Engagement & Experience practice, working in a growing organisation with ambitious strategic goals for 2026 and beyond, focused on delivering market-leading products and services in financial services and employee benefits.
  • The person in this role will gain hands-on experience in digital consulting, client engagement, and journey optimisation, develop expertise in translating research into commercial narratives, and build credibility by presenting evidence-based recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, positioning them for recognition and career growth in CX design and consulting.

🎯 Requirements

  • CX design experience designing digital journeys, including work with design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, preferably in financial services or employee benefit environments
  • Proficiency in Figma as a design tool for creating wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present and articulate information clearly to internal and external stakeholders
  • Analytical ability to review data, identify challenges in digital journeys, and recommend evidence-based solutions
  • Experience working with qualitative and quantitative research, including interpreting findings, identifying patterns, and applying insights to improve digital experiences
