- • Support the tagging and measurement of digital journeys using GA4 and Power BI to understand member behavior on digital pension platforms, with training provided.
- • Gather, review, and analyze digital data to generate clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions and improve member experiences.
- • Create, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reports in Power BI to track key performance metrics and deliver updates to internal stakeholders.
- • Collaborate with digital design teams and product owners to align data collection with user journey goals and reporting requirements for the new pension platform.
- • Identify required data points to enable personalization of member experiences and ensure proper tagging of digital interactions to drive desired outcomes.
- • Participate in testing during development phases by reviewing early data trends and validating that implemented solutions meet expected performance benchmarks.
- • Monitor live performance of launched features, detect anomalies or drops in engagement, and support rapid improvements based on data findings.
- • Work with the data architecture team to ensure data integrity and consistency across digital platforms and reporting systems.
- • Evaluate website performance and analyze web analytics to uncover friction points in member journeys and recommend optimization solutions.
- • Develop and refine reporting structures for marketing channels, incorporating SEO insights and trends to enhance digital performance.
- • Partner with Product and UX teams to ensure accurate data tagging, identify gaps in tracking, and translate customer insights into compelling narratives for design improvements.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital analytics processes by proposing creative, data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and insight quality.
- • Share knowledge and support colleagues across teams to foster a data-informed culture and improve overall analytical capability within the organization.
- • Analyze statistical data and apply A/B testing methodologies to test hypotheses and validate changes to digital experiences.
- • Maintain a strong analytical mindset to interpret complex datasets, identify challenges in user journeys, and clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Understand performance marketing channels and their impact on member acquisition and retention within the digital pension ecosystem.
- • Apply knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) to assess site performance, diagnose search-related issues, and recommend improvements to increase visibility and engagement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in web analytics and familiarity with the digital ecosystem, particularly using Microsoft technologies or the ability to learn quickly
- • Understanding of using data to personalize customer journeys and ensuring correct data tagging to achieve agreed business outcomes
- • Knowledge of performance marketing channels and their metrics
- • Understanding of SEO principles, including site performance analysis and search criteria optimization
- • Strong knowledge of statistical concepts and experience with A/B testing and hypothesis validation
- • Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in digital data analysis and data visualization
