- • As a Digital Designer, you will directly influence client success by creating data-informed creative assets that stop the scroll, improve KPIs, and support A/B testing strategies for enterprise brands in competitive markets.
- • You will craft compelling static and motion design assets—including ad sets, landing pages, and social media video cutdowns—optimized for platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and audience insights.
- • You will edit existing video content into high-performing ad units tailored to platform-specific aspect ratios, attention spans, and technical requirements, leveraging tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- • You will collaborate closely with media, content, and project teams to align creative execution with audience data, campaign objectives, and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- • You will design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments using tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and Crazyegg, integrating insights from heat mapping, usability testing, and user research.
- • You will continuously iterate designs based on performance data, stakeholder feedback, and emerging trends, managing multiple projects while maintaining clear communication with internal and client stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on performance-driven creative and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- • 1 year of hands-on experience with motion graphics using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma for static and interactive design
- • Basic video editing skills and ability to produce short-form video assets optimized for social advertising platforms
- • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics including A/B testing, CRO analytics, heat mapping, and user research methodologies
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in cross-functional, agency-style environments
