- • As a Digital Designer, you will create data-informed visual assets that stop the scroll and drive measurable results across high-impact platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, directly influencing client KPIs and campaign success.
- • Day to day, you will craft compelling ad sets and landing pages optimized for digital marketing KPIs, produce motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns for social advertising, and edit existing video assets into platform-specific ad units tailored to aspect ratios and attention spans.
- • You will collaborate closely with media and content teams to align motion creative with audience insights and campaign goals, while maintaining brand consistency across static, motion, and video assets and adapting designs for diverse audience segments and platforms.
- • You will partner with internal and client teams to understand business objectives, target audiences, and data inputs to inform A/B tests and data-driven designs, then implement experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and Crazyegg.
- • You will conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to gather insights, validate design decisions, and continuously iterate based on feedback, data, and test outcomes.
- • You will manage multiple design projects simultaneously, communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders, respond to feedback, and ensure project needs are met while staying current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven enhancements in marketing and UX.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on performance-driven creative and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- • 1 year of experience with motion graphics using tools such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro
- • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma for design and prototyping
- • Basic video editing skills and familiarity with motion graphics workflows for social media advertising
- • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional and client teams
- • Understanding of performance marketing metrics including A/B testing, CRO analytics, heatmapping, and designing for data-informed campaigns
- • Motivation to stay current with industry trends, including exploring how AI and automation can enhance design and marketing operations
