- • A senior digital designer role focused on creating effective visual pieces aligned with client objectives, contributing to brand consistency and creative quality in a fast-paced digital agency environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing social media and digital campaign assets, interpreting briefs into visual solutions, adapting creatives across formats and platforms, proposing creative improvements, ensuring brand guideline consistency, collaborating with content, paid media, and project management teams, applying feedback agilely, creating basic animations when needed, and organizing files to meet deadlines.
- • The role is part of ReHire Solutions LLC, a digital and creative agency that values strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and continuous learning in a collaborative, remote-first setting.
- • The designer will have the opportunity to elevate their creative impact, work on diverse client projects, refine cross-functional collaboration skills, and grow professionally through exposure to paid media, content strategy, and project management workflows.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital design, preferably in an agency setting
- • Proven experience designing pieces for social media and digital campaigns
- • Strong portfolio/book (mandatory requirement)
- • Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Canva; After Effects is desirable
- • Intermediate English (desirable)
