📋 Description
- • Prepare and deliver client-facing digital marketing deliverables focused on SEO, GEO, and analytics for nonprofit and mission-driven organizations.
- • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and generative engine optimization (GEO) analyses, including tracking AI visibility across platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.
- • Build, maintain, and update analytics dashboards using GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio to provide clients with clear performance insights.
- • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO recommendations to improve client search visibility and organic traffic.
- • Develop data-driven content briefs and optimization recommendations aligned with search intent and AI-generated search trends.
- • Participate in client calls in a supporting role, gradually presenting own analysis and findings directly to clients as expertise grows.
- • Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable recommendations for both internal teams and external clients.
- • Support multiple account managers across concurrent client engagements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marketing analytics work.
- • Stay current on evolving trends in SEO, GEO, AI-driven search, and digital marketing tools, and proactively propose new strategies or improvements.
- • Manage multiple deadlines and client deliverables with precision, maintaining high standards of accuracy and organization.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align marketing analytics with broader client goals.
- • Work on a graveyard shift aligned with US Eastern Time (8–9 am to 5–6 pm EST) to enable real-time collaboration with US-based teams and partners.
- • Operate in a fully remote, work-from-home setup with a target of 42.5 billable hours per week.
- • Contribute to a mission-driven culture by supporting nonprofits, trade associations, and organizations focused on positive social impact.
- • Adapt quickly to changing systems, processes, and priorities in a fast-moving, small-company environment with frequent iterative updates.

🎯 Requirements
- • Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role and graveyard shift aligned with US Eastern Time (8–9 am to 5–6 pm EST)
- • 2–3 years minimum of relevant experience in SEO or analytics, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing environment
- • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present analysis clearly to clients
- • Degree in Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with an outstanding General Weighted Average
- • Hands-on experience with analytics and SEO tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog
- • Familiarity with AI tools and GEO/AI-visibility platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Peec AI) is a strong plus
