- • Own the full digital presence of a faith-based organization across social media, website, and mobile app platforms, ensuring consistent brand alignment and strategic growth.
- • Plan, schedule, and publish daily organic content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Tumblr for both organizational and leadership channels.
- • Execute content posting during peak engagement windows to maximize reach and audience growth on all integrated platforms.
- • Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, audience growth, and content performance to adjust strategy and optimize results.
- • Manage and coordinate all graphic design and video production projects, working with internal creative teams to ensure timely delivery of platform-optimized assets.
- • Repurpose sermon recordings and event footage into shareable, platform-specific social media content tailored for each channel’s audience and format.
- • Maintain and update the organization’s website via Boxcast, including optimization of keywords, page titles, metadata, and overall content accuracy.
- • Update and manage content within the organization’s mobile app using Goodbarber to ensure alignment with weekly programming and digital campaigns.
- • Conduct weekly audits of all digital assets to verify brand consistency, accuracy, and functionality across platforms.
- • Track and report on key performance indicators including engagement rates, follower growth, content reach, and audience demographics on a weekly and quarterly basis.
- • Update the organizational press kit and audience metrics quarterly for internal and external communications.
- • Identify and document errors or improvement opportunities in visuals, social posts, and story shares on a weekly basis to enhance quality and impact.
- • Maintain strict adherence to established brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints, ensuring visual and tonal consistency.
- • Manage production logistics for digital assets ahead of weekly worship services and special events, coordinating timelines with creative and operational teams.
- • Respond to and triage digital communications, collaborating cross-functionally with staff to ensure project deadlines are met and initiatives stay on track.
- • Demonstrate strong copywriting skills by adapting tone and voice across platforms to resonate with diverse audience segments.
- • Utilize marketing analytics tools to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategy adjustments.
- • Manage multiple deadlines independently in a remote environment with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- • Maintain proactive communication and collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns and content workflows.
- • Ensure all content calendars are planned, approved, and published on schedule with zero missed deadlines.
- • Achieve measurable growth in digital audience size and engagement metrics within the first 90 days of employment.
- • Keep website and mobile app content current, optimized, and free of errors at all times.
- • Deliver weekly and quarterly reports that reflect clear, data-driven progress toward digital growth goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing social media across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- • Hands-on experience with content planning, publishing workflows, and content calendar management
- • Background in basic website/CMS management and SEO fundamentals
- • Experience coordinating graphic design and video production projects with creative teams
- • Demonstrated ability to grow online audiences and drive engagement through organic content strategies
- • Prior use of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and video editing or coordination platforms
