• • As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Fullsteam Operations, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-informed paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms.
• • Day to day, you will plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, and other channels; develop and test ad creatives and audience targeting; monitor performance daily; conduct keyword research and A/B testing; collaborate with creative and product teams; track and report on campaign metrics; stay current on platform updates; manage advertising budgets; and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
