- • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aimed at generating qualified leads for the organization
- • Manage end-to-end SEO initiatives to improve organic search performance and visibility across target markets
- • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and lead acquisition efficiency
- • Own the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HubSpot automation workflows and CRM data integrity
- • Design and build high-converting landing pages using HTML and content management system (CMS) tools
- • Administer and update the company’s WordPress website, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and user experience
- • Analyze marketing performance using analytics platforms to derive actionable insights and improve campaign outcomes
- • Create visual marketing assets using Canva for digital campaigns, social media, email, and web content
- • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with go-to-market (GTM) strategies and sales objectives
- • Propose new marketing campaign concepts and initiatives directly to the SVP of Growth for approval and implementation
- • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations to the SVP of Growth
- • Perform additional marketing-related tasks as assigned by the Manager to support overall business goals
🎯 Requirements
- • Proficiency in SEO best practices and tools to improve organic search rankings
- • Experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation and ROI optimization
- • Hands-on experience with HubSpot for automation, workflows, and CRM management
- • Ability to build landing pages using HTML and CMS platforms
- • Experience administering WordPress websites
- • Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and report on marketing performance
