🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably within banking, financial services, or fintech domains
- • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and usability testing methodologies
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in agile environments
- • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital products
- • Experience working in regulated industries or with enterprise-scale applications is a plus
