- • As Director of AI/ML at phData, you will build and lead the India-based Agentic Delivery Center from the ground up, transforming bespoke client needs into scalable AI/ML platforms and agentic solutions for global enterprise clients.
- • Day to day, you will own the design and delivery of production-grade agentic AI/ML solutions, translate complex business requirements into prescriptive architectures, lead Zero-to-One engagements from discovery to production, ensure on-time and on-scope delivery with measurable business value, and communicate ROI and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders including C-level executives.
- • You will join phData, a remote-first global leader in the modern data stack, recognized as a 6x Snowflake Partner of the Year and award-winning workplace in the US, India, and LATAM, partnering with major cloud platforms like Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, Fivetran, Pinecone, Glean, and dbt to deliver cutting-edge data and AI solutions.
- • In this role, you will architect and scale a high-performing engineering organization, recruit and develop elite AI/ML talent, drive reusable accelerators and IP development, mentor engineers, define global practice standards, and serve as the face of phData’s India agentic team while aligning technical execution to clear business outcomes.
