- • Serve as the technical and application expert for Unilever Professional’s product portfolio in Floor Care, Building Care, and Kitchen Care segments, acting as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, and R&D.
- • Conduct field testing of new product innovations to evaluate performance, safety, and efficacy under real-world institutional conditions.
- • Recommend formulation adjustments and product improvements to R&D teams based on customer feedback and field test results.
- • Lead the launch of new products by initiating pilot programs with key clients, ensuring successful adoption and optimal usage.
- • Diagnose and resolve customer-specific application issues, providing on-site or remote support to improve cleaning processes and product outcomes.
- • Develop and deliver training materials for internal teams and external clients on the correct application, handling, and benefits of Unilever Professional products.
- • Benchmark Unilever’s product offerings against competitor solutions to identify competitive advantages and areas for differentiation.
- • Equip the sales team, DSRs (Direct Sales Representatives), and Key Accounts with technical tools, product knowledge, and application best practices to drive sales growth.
- • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with DSRs and Key Accounts to co-create win-win business opportunities.
- • Execute commercial plans to expand market share and secure new accounts within institutional sectors including hotels, restaurants, and laundries.
- • Drive the commercial development of distributors by providing technical support, application guidance, and performance metrics to enhance their effectiveness.
- • Support the implementation of regional and national sales and marketing plans with a focus on application-driven customer value.
- • Travel extensively to client sites, distributor locations, and regional offices to deliver on-site support, training, and product demonstrations.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory standards, and cleaning technologies relevant to institutional hygiene and sanitation.
- • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, application guides, and digital content for internal and external use.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them optimize their cleaning operations through tailored product solutions and process improvements.
