- • As a Director Analyst specializing in Warehouse Systems and Technologies (WMS, Robotics, and AI), you will drive thought-leading research that helps supply chain leaders, logistics professionals, IT teams, and software providers solve complex warehousing and distribution challenges through expert analysis of emerging technologies.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting in-depth research, writing actionable insights and market analyses, advising clients on vendor selection and system implementation, preparing and delivering presentations at conferences and client briefings, leading research community discussions, and supporting Gartner’s sales cycle through advisory sessions and peer collaboration.
- • You will join Gartner’s Supply Chain Research team, a global network of experts dedicated to delivering objective, data-driven insights that empower enterprise leaders to make informed decisions about mission-critical technology investments in logistics and supply chain operations.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in warehouse automation, AI-driven logistics systems, and enterprise technology trends while shaping industry-leading research such as Magic Quadrants and Market Guides, enhancing your influence as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 companies and technology vendors worldwide.
