- • The Director, Global Channel Partnerships will design and lead the global channel partner strategy and team for Chainalysis, building a structured program to enable resellers, VARs, distributors, MSPs, and systems integrators to extend the company’s reach into key customer segments across crypto, financial services, and public sector industries.
- • Day to day, the role involves building and executing the global channel strategy, developing a scalable partner program with tiers and incentives, hiring and leading a team of regional channel managers across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, defining and tracking partner-sourced pipeline and revenue with RevOps, designing partner enablement on Chainalysis products and sales plays, collaborating with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Product on growth motions, establishing governance with strategic partners via QBRs and joint business plans, and working with Legal and Finance to structure commercial frameworks like discount/margin structures and deal-desks.
- • The Business Development & Partnerships team at Chainalysis drives go-to-market strategy by building and scaling the ecosystem of technology alliances, services partners, system integrators, and resellers, identifying inorganic growth opportunities and unlocking new routes to market to amplify reach and ease customer deployment.
- • In this role, the person will have the opportunity to shape a foundational global channel program from the ground up, develop leadership skills by managing a regional team, deepen expertise in blockchain technology and GTM strategy, and directly impact indirect revenue growth across regions through data-driven partner programs and strategic enablement.
