- • Lead integrated media planning strategy for a major B2B client, ensuring alignment between traditional and digital media channels to drive measurable business outcomes and strengthen long-term client partnerships.
- • Oversee the end-to-end development and execution of complex, multi-channel media plans across TV, CTV, video, social, programmatic, and search, translating client objectives into actionable, data-informed campaigns.
- • Serve as the primary client-facing expert on media planning, proactively communicating insights, timelines, and resource needs while building trust through strategic counsel and transparent reporting.
- • Manage large-scale media budgets and flowcharts, optimizing allocation across channels based on performance insights, competitive intelligence, and evolving market opportunities.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and activation teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement of integrated campaigns.
- • Mentor and guide junior planners, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making within the media planning function.
- • Stay ahead of emerging media trends and technologies, identifying new opportunities for audience engagement and campaign effectiveness in the B2B landscape.
- • Ensure all deliverables meet agency quality standards and client SLAs, maintaining rigorous attention to detail in timelines, reporting, and presentation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of media planning experience in a large agency environment, with a proven track record in B2B media strategy and execution.
- • Deep expertise in TV, CTV, social, and digital media planning and buying, including hands-on experience with programmatic and video ecosystems.
- • Proficiency with industry-standard media tools including Media Ocean, DDS, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics, ad servers, web analytics platforms, and media research systems.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage large media budgets and complex flowcharts while maintaining fiscal accountability and strategic foresight.
- • Strong client-facing skills with experience presenting media plans, insights, and recommendations to senior B2B stakeholders.
- • Proven ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships across internal teams and external partners.
