- • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Customer Implementation to lead our high-stakes enterprise accounts. This pivotal role sits at the crucial intersection of complex project management, high-touch customer success, and strategic consulting. You will be an orchestrator, taking full ownership of key client relationships and driving successful outcomes by navigating intricate technical work streams and managing demanding stakeholders with complete autonomy.
- • Your primary mission is to ensure our customers achieve significant, measurable value from the Neara platform. You will move beyond simply managing contracts or hitting project milestones; instead, you will be accountable for fundamentally improving our customers' operations and strategic positioning through our solutions. This requires a deep understanding of their business objectives and the ability to translate our platform's capabilities into tangible business improvements.
- • As a leader, you will guide and mentor a small, elite team of technical individual contributors. While hands-on coding is not the primary focus, a strong technical intuition is essential. You must be capable of validating technical solutions, identifying potential inefficiencies, and ensuring your team consistently delivers at their highest potential. Your leadership style will be characterized by empowering your team, fostering their growth, and holding them to exceptionally high standards, particularly in high-stakes customer interactions.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves mastering the internal dynamics and politics of large enterprise environments. You will be responsible for mapping stakeholder influence, cultivating multi-level relationships, and skillfully navigating complex organizational structures to drive consensus and secure buy-in for Neara's solutions. This strategic navigation is not merely a supplementary task but a core component of ensuring successful customer implementations and long-term partnerships.
- • You will be expected to exercise decisive judgment, knowing precisely when to escalate issues and when to leverage your own expertise to resolve them independently. In challenging situations, your ability to remain calm under pressure, diagnose problems rapidly, and implement effective corrective actions without waiting for external direction will be paramount. - • Developing and maintaining a "living" account strategy is a key responsibility. This strategic foresight ensures that all implementation efforts are directed towards achieving maximum customer impact.

- • You will mentor and challenge your team of technical ICs, actively unblocking their workflows, upholding rigorous standards, and providing coaching for high-stakes customer interactions. This developmental leadership ensures your team's continuous improvement and effectiveness.
