• • As the Director of Developer Relations at AgileBits Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping the future of how developers interact with 1Password's cutting-edge security technologies. This pivotal leadership role sits at the crucial intersection of developer tools and robust security, empowering you to define and execute a comprehensive strategy that bridges our secure vaulting and device trust solutions with the broader developer ecosystem.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to build, nurture, and lead a high-performing Developer Relations team. This involves not only hiring and mentoring talented Developer Advocates and technical engagement specialists but also fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• • You will be the architect of 1Password's company-wide Developer Relations strategy, with a sharp focus on driving the adoption of our developer-centric tools. This includes our powerful Command Line Interface (CLI), Software Development Kits (SDKs), Secure Shell (SSH) capabilities, and the seamless integration into modern developer environments.
• • A key aspect of your role will be establishing and maintaining a robust feedback loop. You will ensure that the invaluable insights and experiences of the developer community are systematically channeled back to our internal Product and Engineering teams, directly influencing product enhancements and future roadmap development.
• • You will champion the creation of world-class technical content. This encompasses overseeing the development of comprehensive documentation, engaging blog posts, compelling demonstrations, and practical sample code that not only showcase 1Password's capabilities but also champion security best practices within the developer community.
• • As a prominent representative of 1Password, you will actively engage with the global developer community. Your role will be to establish 1Password as a trusted and authoritative voice in critical conversations surrounding security, privacy, and authentication, building strong relationships and fostering a positive perception.
• • You will be responsible for defining and implementing key metrics and reporting mechanisms to rigorously measure the impact and effectiveness of all Developer Relations activities. This includes tracking product adoption rates, community engagement levels, and overall community health.
