- • As the Director, Implementation (Advisory), you will be instrumental in orchestrating the successful deployment of Fieldguide’s enterprise SaaS solutions for our esteemed advisory clients. 🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity overseeing implementation teams.
- • Demonstrated success in managing complex, large-scale implementation projects from initiation to completion, consistently delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- • Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a track record of successfully navigating organizational transitions.
