This is a critical leadership role where you will shape the client experience, drive adoption, and ensure our Financial Audit clients achieve maximum value from our platform. You will be instrumental in building and nurturing a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional implementation services, blending technical expertise with strategic change management and robust project oversight.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to lead and empower a team of skilled Financial Audit implementation professionals. This involves a comprehensive approach to talent management, from actively recruiting and hiring individuals who possess the right blend of audit knowledge and technical aptitude, to providing ongoing mentorship, guidance, and professional development. You will foster a collaborative and supportive environment where team members feel empowered to contribute their best work, setting clear performance goals, monitoring progress, and delivering constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement and team success.
- • A core component of this role is your technical acumen. You will need a deep and nuanced understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions, including their underlying technical architecture and integration capabilities. This expertise will be applied hands-on, working closely with both clients and internal technology teams to design, configure, and implement solutions that are not only technically sound but also directly address client needs and deliver measurable business outcomes. Staying abreast of the latest advancements in implementation methodologies, relevant technologies, and audit best practices will be crucial, enabling you to provide invaluable technical guidance and support to your team and clients.
- • Driving successful adoption requires a strategic approach to change management. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective change management strategies tailored to the unique organizational and cultural landscapes of our clients. This involves proactively identifying potential risks and obstacles that may impede adoption, and collaborating closely with clients to develop mitigation plans. Your role will be to guide clients through the complexities of adopting new technology, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruption to their existing operations.
- • Exceptional customer management is paramount. You will cultivate and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with our Financial Audit clients. This involves actively listening to their needs, proactively addressing any concerns or issues that arise, and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with Fieldguide's products and services. By understanding their evolving business requirements, you will identify opportunities for product enhancements and potential future business growth, acting as a key advocate for the client within Fieldguide.
- • As a Director, you will also be responsible for the meticulous management of complex implementation projects. This encompasses the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and resource allocation to execution and final delivery. You will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, employing robust project management methodologies. This requires seamless coordination with various internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to guarantee a unified and successful project outcome.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of an early-stage startup that is fundamentally changing how trust is established in global commerce. You will be part of a dynamic, remote-first company backed by leading investors, working with a team that values diversity, inclusion, and mutual support. By eliminating significant manual work for audit practitioners and improving their work-life balance, Fieldguide is making a tangible impact, and you will be a key driver of this mission.
