- • As Director of Influencer at Real Chemistry LLC, you will lead senior-level strategy and execution for influencer and entertainment marketing campaigns, with a focus on the Hispanic American consumer audience within the beverage alcohol and spirits category. This role is critical to driving culturally resonant, high-impact campaigns that break through market noise and deliver measurable results for clients in CPG, health & wellness, financial services, and beverage alcohol/spirits.
- • You will oversee end-to-end campaign lifecycle including talent procurement, influencer strategy, client relations, budgeting, legal approvals, execution, and measurement. You will lead client communications, participate in strategic discussions, and serve as a key contributor in business development pitches and presentations while managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- • You will join starpower, a strategic pop-culture-centric entertainment and influencer marketing agency within Real Chemistry, a global healthcare communications and marketing agency known for blending scientific expertise, human-centered creativity, and AI-driven insights. - • In this role, you will mentor and elevate team members, develop trend reporting, lead internal trainings on influencer best practices, and foster a collaborative, supportive environment. You will gain deep expertise in cultural marketing, Hispanic consumer engagement, and integrated campaign strategy while shaping the future of influencer marketing at a purpose-driven organization committed to transforming healthcare through connection and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in client service, influencer marketing, entertainment marketing, and talent procurement
- • Proven experience developing and executing talent and influencer marketing strategies, including measurement and integrated campaign planning
- • Experience working within influencer marketing campaigns targeting Latino/Hispanic American consumers
- • Strong relationships with talent agencies, managers, publicists, and influencers
- • Demonstrated experience negotiating talent agreements and managing campaign budgets
- • Familiarity with FTC guidelines, SAG requirements, and industry compliance standards
