- • Leads the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that align brand, demand generation, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to drive pipeline growth, executive engagement, and strategic account penetration.
- • Partners with sales leadership to identify and prioritize strategic accounts and align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
- • Collaborates with marketing centers of excellence to deploy multi-channel tactics including digital, events, content, nurture, webinars, ABM, and sales outreach.
- • Designs and executes account-based marketing programs tailored to target industries, buyer personas, and organizational priorities.
- • Coordinates personalized outreach initiatives, including landing pages, executive events, and customized nurture experiences to engage key accounts.
- • Manages the team’s marketing budget and allocates Agile Team resources toward highest-value growth initiatives.
- • Develops campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, KPI definitions, and executive-ready reporting to ensure strategic alignment and measurable outcomes.
- • Drives continuous optimization of campaign performance through testing, analytics, and data-driven insights across targeting, conversion, and engagement metrics.
- • Supports demand generation and lead capture efforts tied to MQL, SQL, and pipeline objectives.
- • Leads conference and executive event marketing strategy, including pre-event planning, onsite execution, and post-event engagement programs.
- • Works closely with cross-functional teams including creative, communications, digital, analytics, and business units to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
- • Partners with business unit Presidents and their teams to develop marketing strategies that support overall growth objectives.
- • Provides regular updates and performance insights to business unit leadership, using learnings to refine and optimize future campaigns.
- • Collaborates with fellow Brand Strategists to establish best practices and best-in-class marketing approaches across the organization.
- • Administers company personnel policies, including interviewing, hiring, and establishing performance development plans for direct reports.
- • Conducts performance discussions and provides leadership, guidance, and motivation to promote maximum team performance.
- • Travels as required to support campaign execution, client engagements, and industry events.
- • Performs other duties as assigned to support organizational objectives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8 to 12+ years of B2B marketing experience with emphasis on integrated marketing, demand generation, and account-based marketing (ABM)
- • Demonstrated success developing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth and business outcomes
- • Proven experience partnering with sales leadership and executive stakeholders to align marketing strategies with revenue priorities
- • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and ABM/intent data platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Demandbase)
- • Strong understanding of lead management, attribution, funnel reporting, and pipeline measurement
- • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
